Kaimu Productions travelled to Taiwan with world renowned aerial cameraman Ron Chapple for the concluding part of Discovery's Raging Planet II - Hurricanes episode produced by Pioneer Productions. Using the Cineflex V14 camera system and a Bell Jetranger helicopter the crew spent 4 days flying over north and eastern Taiwan filming the spectacular mountain and coastal scenery. This was the most ambitious aerial filming project ever undertaken in Taiwan and was the first time such sophisticated camera equipment had been used on the island.
