CORPORATE SUPPORT - STILL PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO

In July 2010, Kaimu Productions was enlisted by Bang Productions Singapore to film the newly opened Harvard Centre Shanghai at one of Shanghai's most exclusive addresses. Despite the Centre being an almost exact replica of its Boston counterpart, complete with simultaneous translation equipment identical to that used by the United Nations, the Kaimu team was able to pick out its Chinese characteristics while filming and thus make the quality and uniqueness of the venue stand out.

Kaimu Productions once again returned to the Shanghai Expo site, this time to film a corporate video for Turner Commercial Productions. The client was Siemens and locations visited included the German Pavilion, Chinese Pavilion, Theme Pavilion, Hamburg House, and We Are the World Pavilion, all featuring Siemens advanced technology. The crew overcame the challenges of huge crowds, lengthy queues and long distances to successfully shoot the piece.

Shanghai World Expo 2010 started off with a bang on the evening of April 30 and Kaimu Productions was there to document it for event organiser's David Atkins Entertainment. Using more pyrotechnics than the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympics, the event involved fireworks coming off the Lupu Bridge, lasers, an enormous water fountain, two water screens, the largest LED screen in the world, hundreds of boats and lit-up balls. In order to catch all the action, four separate crews were deployed to strategic spots around the Expo site so as to film the event from all angles.

In November 2009 Kaimu Productions assisted Singapore Bang Productions with the latest in their string of online promotional videos for Japanese IT network leader, NEC. The most prized feather in NEC's Shanghai clientele cap was the brand new Peninsula Hotel, where they had been responsible for installing an unique wireless communication system. Kaimu co-ordinated all local filming in and around the Peninsula Hotel, and provided all local crew and equipment.

Cloudhouse came to Shanghai and Changzhou in October 2008 to film an editorial video about IMW Compressors for CNBC. IMW gas compressors are used in a growing number of bus fleets in China. Kaimu Productions provided crew and equipment and also co-ordinated filming at the local bus depot, Red Plum Park and IMW offices.

In April 2008 Kaimu Productions worked again with Bang Productions, Singapore and Double Jay Creative from Tennessee to produce a promotional corporate film for Tempel Steel. Filming of the factory floor as well as interviews with senior management took place at the Changzhou plant as well as scenic spots around the city such as the Red Plum Park.
